The Specter 700 Ultimate 3-Blade is XLPower’s flagship evolution of precision 3D helicopter engineering, built for pilots who demand the ultimate in cyclic authority, tail hold, and in-air stability. Based on the proven Ultimate platform, this version adds a purpose-designed tri-blade head system, refined control geometry, and reinforced mechanics to deliver a flight feel that’s tighter, faster, and smoother than ever before.
Every component, from the three-blade head block to the balanced tail system, is optimized for the unique dynamics of multi-blade flight. The result is a model that tracks like it’s on rails, carves through maneuvers with surgical accuracy, and still maintains that unmistakable XLPower agility.
From the one-piece CNC motor mount to the tri-point head damping system, every detail is crafted for strength, consistency, and pilot confidence under the extreme forces of modern 3D flight.

3-BLADE ROTOR SYSTEM
The Specter Ultimate’s 3-blade head system is precision-engineered for maximum rigidity and control.Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, it delivers rock-solid stability under extreme 3D loads while maintaining buttery-smooth cyclic transitions. Every detail, from the feathering spindle to the pitch links, is optimized for pure, linear flight response.
RIGID DAMPER
A newly engineered rigid damper system and bearing block deliver zero play and ultra-low vibration at any head speed. This ultra-precise interface between the spindle and blade grips gives the Specter its iconic “locked-in” flight feel, even through aggressive pitch reversals or high-G tic-tocs. The result is a more direct control response, superior stability, and an exceptionally smooth mechanical pulse.
1:1 GEOMETRY
The integrated 1:1 swash-to-rotor geometry guarantees direct, predictable control response. Every linkage aligns perfectly with the centerline of motion, eliminating phasing errors and mechanical distortion. Combined with the ONE-PIECE head block design, pilots experience consistent pitch feel and ultra-precise cyclic authority throughout the entire range.
Tail DESIGN
The modular tail system features a one-piece CNC main hub and reinforced grip mounts for maximum alignment accuracy. Disassembly and service are effortless every spacer, bearing, and shim positions itself precisely, ensuring mechanical harmony. This isn’t just engineering — it’s maintenance made beautiful.
Bearing Stack
Inside every tail grip lies a triple-bearing stack with precision shims for flawless concentricity and zero axial play.
The design minimizes drag while maximizing tail authority, translating every gyro command instantly to motion.
This attention to micro-detail is what keeps the Specter’s tail locked in through every pirouetting maneuver.
Smooth LINEAR PITCH
The finished 3 blades tail assembly delivers smooth, linear pitch feel with unmatched holding power. Even at peak torque during full-collective punch-outs, the tail holds its heading effortlessly, translating raw motor power into elegant, controlled motion. High-efficiency belt drive and perfectly balanced grips make every stop feel mechanical, deliberate, and exact.
