In 2019, OMPHOBBY revolutionized the RC helicopter world with the first direct drive 3D helicopter, the M2 V1. This technology evolved throughout the M2 line and later redefined the 100-size class with the M1 series, ultimately paving the way for the hugely successful M2 V3 PRO. After its earth-shattering success, it became clear that the M1 line deserved the same treatment - and that “good”, or even “amazing” wouldn’t cut it for the monumental legacy this helicopter would carry. It had to be perfect.

Lightweight breakthrough redefines

Purpose-built, ultra-light 100-size micro helicopter for every skill level, from beginner to 3D expert, with 20-30% longer flight times, more power and more control authority.

112g flying weight (including built-in ExpressLRS receiver) and 297mm rotor diameter produce the lightest disk loading and most mature flight feel in-class.

OFS3+ Core Flight Control System

Controlled by OFS3+ with integrated ExpressLRS, reaching unparalleled levels of flight performance in a micro helicopter. Features include full telemetry support, app integration, tuning options through simplified LED setup or full PID access, firmware updates, as well as 3D, self-leveling and a fully-featured rescue mode.

Compatible with CRSF (ExpressLRS, Crossfire, Tracer), F.Port, SRXL2, DSM and S.BUS receivers.

120° Step-By-Step Lightweight Frame

Integrated lightweight aluminium alloy servo mounting frame, featuring a 120° equally spaced layaout thast balances high-strength deformation resistance with leightweight performance.
Maintains structural stability under complex flight conditions, providing a solid hardware soundation for precise contol.

Lightweight yet rigid, with a fully reinforced and redesigned fuselage.

Fully redesigned airframe, based on M2 V3 design language with central main plate, servo rack, reinforcement plates and traditional skid landing gear.

The airframe of M1 V3 PRO has been completely re-engineered from the ground up to optimize weight wherever possible while retaining incredible durability and flight performance. The frame structure now closely follows the M2 V3 helicopter line, which has proven to be extremely light yet virtually bullet-proof in crashes. A central main plate forms the backbone of the frame and holds the motor, servo rack, new and improved DS2045LW V2 servos, and tail boom, while two sturdy carbon panels provide mounting points for the skids, battery, and OFS3+ flight controller. The frame features reinforcement plates in the rear, much like its bigger brothers, redirecting forces in a crash to increase the likelihood of core-components surviving. All screws on M1 V3 PRO have been carefully chosen and exclusively feature 1.3mm and 1.5mm hex heads. No more special tools required, no compromises, you only need two standard size hex drivers to service the entire helicopter.

Precision at your fingertips
With a new bearing-enhanced rotor system.

As a first in its size class, M1 V3 PRO has a main rotor head built with axial bearings. This measure extends the service life of the blade grip bearings greatly, while offering smoother, more precise control of your blade angles, and therefore, rotor thrust and cyclic torques. Together with a new, more agile rotor geometry, as well as the new APEX 125 rotor blades, this new, black anodized and bead blasted rotor head is ready to propel and guide the M1 V3 PRO through even the hardest 3D flights. At the same time, it allows for incredibly precise and fine control at lower RPMs. Featuring a new rotor geometry optimized for OFS3, M1 V3 PRO allows for more control power than ever before.

High-Efficiency Brushless Motor

The all-new R23X-2 main motor is designed to handle sudden high loads in 3D flying. It offers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio and efficiency, delivering explosive thrust while extending flight time during aggressive maneuvers.

Ultra-Lightweight Tail System

A super-light tail comprising a round carbon tube with a minimalist motor mount and color-matched, double-sided printed tail fin provides top-level durability.

Optimized R11X-2 motor and keyed APEX27 tail propeller deliver stronger thrust with lower noise levels, which together with OFS3+’s 2nd generation TALY, surpass collective-pitch level tail control.
The tail boom is now made from a hollow carbon fiber tube, increasing durability and reducing weight. The minimalist tail motor mount guarantees crisp and fast yaw response, while serving as a heat-sink for the new R11X-2 tail motor. This motor drives the new APEX 27 tail propeller, which substantially increases tail rotor performance, while reducing noise and improving visibility compared to the previous M1 tail propeller. The propeller hub and tail motor shaft are now rotationally and directionally keyed, so that the risks of tail propeller slippage and reverse-installation are eliminated. The look is finished off by a double-sided printed carbon fiber tail fin, color-matched to the canopy.

Powered by a new 2S 400mAh 50C LiHV battery with gold-plated, high-current GY15 3-pin connector.
(Charging cable included, connectors sold separately)

All of this is powered by our new 2S 400mAh 50C LiHV battery, equipped with a brand-new, high power, gold plated GY15 3-pin connector, purpose-built for high-power applications like 3D helicopter flight. Featuring both a smaller footprint and a higher current rating than the previous JST-XH connector, it is built to last and will guarantee a low-resistance connection across countless mating cycles and flights. Connectors are available separately, and a charging cable is included in the box.
